Yes — but only if your order has not been shipped yet. Once an order is in transit, we can no longer change the delivery address due to carrier restrictions.

If you realize your address is incorrect or needs updating, please contact our support team right away with the following:
Your Order Number
The correct shipping address
Your full name and email used on the order
Important Notes
If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the address. You can:
Contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect (some allow it).
Wait for the package to be returned to us and request a reshipment or refund.
Billing address changes: Changing your shipping address does not affect your billing address or payment details.
Digital products or gift cards: These are not impacted by shipping address changes since they are delivered electronically.
Need to Update Your Address for Future Orders?
If you're logged in to your account, you can update your default shipping address by visiting:
My Account → Addresses → Edit Shipping Address
This ensures that all future orders go to the correct location.
