Changes are only possible before the parcel reaches its final pickup point or delivery stage.
Allowed stage:
- Parcel is in transit (sorting or moving between hubs)
Not allowed once:
- Parcel has arrived at a parcel locker or service point
- Parcel is out for delivery
- Parcel is ready for pickup

Option 1: Online (fastest)
- Log in to your account via the website or the Paketit app
- Open your shipment using the tracking number
- Edit available delivery/contact fields
Option 2: Customer support
If online editing isn’t available:
- Contact Matkahuolto customer service
- Provide:
- Tracking number
- Sender/receiver details
- Requested change
