Check the Order Status
Log into your account and go to My Orders or click the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
Here’s what to look for:
Delivered: Your package might be nearby — check with neighbors or around your delivery area (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.)
In Transit: Your package is still on the way. Tracking details will show the latest update.
Pending / No Movement: It may be delayed or stuck — see Step 3 below.
Check Your Mailbox or Safe Delivery Spots
Even if your tracking says "delivered," packages are sometimes:
Left with a neighbor
Placed in a parcel locker or leasing office
Delivered to a different entry point (side/back door)
Wait 24–48 Hours (If Recently Shipped)
Carriers sometimes scan packages as "delivered" a bit early. If your order was marked delivered within the last day or two, please allow up to 48 hours — it often shows up shortly after.
Contact the Shipping Carrier
Use your tracking number to contact the delivery carrier directly for the most accurate updates.

Still No Package? Contact Us
If your order is significantly delayed or tracking hasn’t updated in several days, we’ll step in to help.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout
Add delivery notes (e.g., leave at front desk)
