How to Track My Order

We understand that you're excited to receive your order, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to stay updated on its delivery status. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to track your order and find out exactly where it is!

Step 1: Check Your Email for the Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation. This email will contain:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #12345)

  • The Carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • The Tracking Number for your shipment

Tip: If you can’t find this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Visit the Carrier’s Tracking Page

With your tracking number in hand, go to the carrier's website to track your shipment. Below are links to the most commonly used carriers:

On the carrier’s tracking page, simply enter your tracking number in the tracking tool to get real-time updates on the status of your package.

Step 3: Check for Tracking Updates

Once you’ve entered the tracking number, you’ll be able to see:

  • Current Location: The last known location of your package.

  • Delivery Status: Whether the package is still in transit, out for delivery, or already delivered.

  • Estimated Delivery Date: When you can expect to receive your order.

Tip: Some carriers provide updates in real-time, so check back frequently if you want the most up-to-date information.

Step 4: Contact the Carrier or Us if You Have Any Issues

If you notice any of the following issues while tracking your order, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

  • Tracking Information Not Available: Sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the order is shipped. If the tracking still isn’t showing after this time, please contact us, and we’ll help investigate.

  • Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed or hasn’t moved for several days, it could be due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Feel free to reach out to the carrier directly or contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Package Marked as Delivered, but Not Received: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, check around your home or with neighbors. Sometimes packages are left in different areas. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with us, and we’ll assist you further.

Step 5: Monitor Your Order Until It Arrives

Once your order is marked as "out for delivery," keep an eye on your tracking page to see if there are any last-minute updates. Make sure someone is available to receive the package, especially if it requires a signature or is left in a secure location.
