1. How can I track or book my delivery?

Customers can book a delivery slot or track an existing order through the delivery booking portal provided by Product Care Group. Once the order is ready, customers receive an SMS or email with a booking link. Tracking updates and live tracking links are also shared before and on the delivery day.

2. What happens on the delivery day?

A skilled delivery technician delivers the appliance to the customer’s chosen room. Depending on the selected service, the team may also unpack, install, assemble, and remove packaging or old appliances for recycling. Customers are advised to ensure clear access and required electrical/water connections before delivery.

3. How will I know when my appliance will arrive?

Product Care Group sends multiple notifications during the delivery process:

  • Booking confirmation after scheduling
  • A 2-hour delivery window the day before delivery
  • Live tracking links via SMS/email
  • A courtesy phone call approximately 1 hour before arrival

This helps customers stay updated throughout the delivery journey.

4. How do I get support for my appliance or spare parts?

Product support depends on the appliance brand. Customers can access instruction manuals, spare parts, warranty registration, or technical assistance through the relevant brand support pages such as Russell Hobbs, George Foreman, Zanussi, Kuhla, and Rangemaster.

5. How can I contact Product Care Group customer support?

Customers can contact the Customer Engagement Team for delivery or post-delivery support. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The company also provides support through contact forms, phone assistance, and delivery booking portals.
