Follow these steps to safely clear a material jam if your shredder halts and triggers a "Torque Overload" error on the main display:
Secure the Machine: Immediately press the Emergency Stop (E-Stop) button on the main control panel.
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO): Disconnect the main electrical power supply and apply your safety padlock to the main breaker.
Access the Rotor: Engage the hydraulic release lever to open the side maintenance chamber.
Clear the Obstruction: Using the provided heavy-duty clearing hook (never use your hands), carefully remove the oversized or tangled material caught between the rotor teeth and the counter-comb.
Reset the System: Once clear, close and lock the maintenance chamber. Remove your LOTO padlock, restore power, and press the "Fault Reset" button on the HMI touchscreen before resuming the feed belt.
