Guests who book a stay with Vibra Hotels may have the option to modify or cancel their reservation depending on the rate conditions selected at the time of booking. Different pricing plans come with different flexibility levels, so it is important to review the terms associated with your reservation.


Understanding Your Booking Conditions

When a reservation is made, it is assigned a specific rate type. The most common rate categories include:

Flexible Rates
Flexible bookings typically allow guests to modify or cancel their reservation without penalty if the request is made before the cancellation deadline specified in the booking confirmation. This deadline usually occurs a certain number of days before the scheduled arrival date.

Non-Refundable Rates
Non-refundable bookings generally offer a lower price but come with stricter conditions. These reservations normally cannot be modified or cancelled without losing the payment already made. In most cases, the amount paid will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled or changed.

Special Promotional Rates
Some promotional or discounted rates may have unique terms and conditions, which could include partial refunds, date-change restrictions, or non-modifiable reservations. These rules will always be clearly stated during the booking process.


How to Modify Your Reservation

If your booking conditions allow modifications, you can request changes such as:

  • Updating check-in or check-out dates

  • Changing the room type or accommodation category

  • Adjusting the number of guests

  • Adding special requests or additional services

To modify your reservation:

  1. Locate your booking confirmation email.

  2. Follow the “Manage Booking” or modification link provided in the confirmation.

  3. Enter your reservation details to access the booking.

  4. Submit the requested changes according to the conditions of your rate.

If the modification results in a different room price or availability, additional charges or refunds may apply.


How to Cancel a Reservation

If your booking allows cancellation, you can cancel your stay through the same reservation management section:

  1. Open your booking confirmation email.

  2. Select the cancellation link or access the booking management page.

  3. Confirm your cancellation request.

If the cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation window, you may receive a full or partial refund according to the reservation policy.
