If you’ve cancelled your booking or your host has cancelled, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the property’s cancellation policy.
Follow the steps below to check your refund status or raise a refund request.
? Steps to Request a Refund
Log in to your Airbnb account.
Go to “My Trips” → Select the booking you want to cancel.
Click “Cancel Reservation.”
Once cancelled, the refund amount (if applicable) will be displayed on-screen.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Airbnb with refund details.
Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within:
5–7 business days for Credit/Debit Cards
24 hours for Wallet or Airbnb Credits
2–3 business days for UPI or NetBanking

Double-check your bank account or wallet linked to the booking.
Verify your booking ID and refund confirmation email.
If you still haven’t received it after 7 business days, raise a support ticket here → selecting:
Category: Refund
Issue Type: Refund not received
