Can I exchange or return a product in Veepee?

A sizing issue? An item not to your liking? If a product does not suit you or if it does not conform to your order, you have the option of making a return request within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order . 

As our stocks are limited and sent directly by our partner brands, returned products are not exchanged but only eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), they are checked by our logistics department before you are refunded. For the refund to be processed, the returned products must meet the eligibility requirements.

Please note that some products are non-returnable and/or non-refundable. This includes certain intangible goods, particularly leisure activities (such as tickets for shows). If a product is not eligible for a refund, this will be indicated in the product description.
