If the name on your booking is incorrectly spelt, you can request a correction up to 6 hours before your flight departure by sending us a message through the Contact us form. Select ‘Booking name change’ from the subject drop-down and attach a copy of the passenger’s passport. After submitting the request, please call our Customer Centre on +971 600 54 44 45 and provide your case reference number for assistance.
Important:
- Fees may apply for name corrections.
- Complete name change and transfer of booking to another person are not allowed.
- Name corrections cannot be made if you have already checked in, missed your flight, or flown on any part of your journey.
- If your booking was made through a travel agent or a partner airline, please contact them directly for assistance.
