Can I request a replacement TRF?

Unfortunately, replacement hard copies of the IELTS Test Report Form are not issued if the original has been lost or damaged.

What are my options?

You may request that your IELTS results be sent directly to recognized institutions such as universities, employers, or immigration authorities.

• Up to five institutional copies can be sent free of charge if the institutions were listed on your original IELTS application.

• If you need additional copies sent to institutions, please contact your test centre. An administration fee may apply.

What if my test centre has closed?

If your test centre is no longer operating, you can submit a request through the official Cambridge English support process for assistance with sending your results to institutions.
