# Fusion Markets Refund and Return Policy
At Fusion Markets, we prioritize the security and integrity of our trading environment. Our Refund and Return Policy has been established to mitigate financial and legal risks while adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Here’s a comprehensive overview of our policy:
### Access and Trading Activity
We reserve the right to block access to the Fusion Client Hub, suspend trading activities, or cancel withdrawal requests if we identify any discrepancies regarding the source of funds or if a client’s activities raise concerns in relation to our AML & CTF policies. This ensures a safe trading environment for all our clients.
### Trade Transactions
Please note that once a trade transaction is executed, it cannot be canceled. However, if there has been no trading activity on your account within one month of funding, we may return the funds to the original remitter. This policy helps us maintain a transparent and efficient trading platform.
### Refunds and Payment Systems
Refunds may be processed for funds received through various payment systems, including credit and debit cards. We will issue refunds to the same electronic wallets or bank accounts used for the initial deposit. This ensures a seamless transaction process for our clients.
### Inappropriate Activities
If we determine that a client’s activities are inappropriate or contrary to the intended use of our services, we reserve the right to take necessary actions without prior notice. This includes blocking access to accounts or freezing balances to protect our platform and clients.
### Chargebacks and Responsibilities
Clients who fund their accounts with cards agree not to initiate chargebacks for payments already credited. Any attempt to do so will be viewed as a breach of our service terms, which may lead to legal consequences. If a chargeback occurs, we may block access to the Fusion Hub and return funds after deducting any applicable fees.
### Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals submitted by 11 am AEDT are processed on the same day, while requests received after this time will be processed the next business day. Clients can expect to receive their funds within 1-5 business days for card transactions and 2-5 business days for bank wire transfers.
### Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, simply submit a withdrawal request and inform us of your decision. There are no additional costs for account closure beyond standard bank wire fees, and we will process your withdrawal as per our outlined procedures.
