? Steps to Report a Damage

  1. Log in to your Airbnb Partner Portal.

  2. Click “Raise a Ticket” → Category: Damage Complaint.

  3. Enter your Property ID and Booking ID.

  4. Describe the damage and estimated cost.

  5. Attach photos or invoices if available.

  6. Submit the ticket.

  • A dedicated Airbnb Support agent reviews your claim.

  • A linked ticket is created for the guest to provide their side.

  • Once verified, compensation is processed as per partner policy.
