If a guest has caused damage to your property, you can raise a damage claim directly through your Partner Portal. This allows Airbnb Support to coordinate with both you and the guest to resolve the issue efficiently.
? Steps to Report a Damage
Log in to your Airbnb Partner Portal.
Click “Raise a Ticket” → Category: Damage Complaint.
Enter your Property ID and Booking ID.
Describe the damage and estimated cost.
Attach photos or invoices if available.
Submit the ticket.
? What Happens Next
A dedicated Airbnb Support agent reviews your claim.
A linked ticket is created for the guest to provide their side.
Once verified, compensation is processed as per partner policy.
